1. Material Feeding

A CNC spinning machine first places the material to be processed on a feed track, which then conveys it beneath the pressure wheel.

2. Track Positioning

To ensure processing accuracy, the CNC spinning machine is equipped with a track positioning device. This device positions the material before it enters the pressure wheel, keeping it stationary during processing.

3. Pressing

Once the track is positioned, the PLC system controls the hydraulic system to apply pressure to the pressure wheel. Simultaneously, the rotary shaft begins rotating, and the pressure wheel approaches the rotary shaft, thereby bending the material. The PLC system precisely controls the processing parameters using pre-set programs to achieve the desired bending effect.

4. Bending

During the press forming process, as the rotary shaft rotates and the pressure wheel moves, the material continuously bends and deforms, ultimately achieving the desired shape.

5. Processing Completed

Once the material has been completely processed by the pressure wheel, the rotating shaft stops, the hydraulic system releases pressure, and the material is conveyed via the feed track to the next processing station, completing the entire processing process.
