Welding power source, its output power and welding characteristics should match the welding process method to be used, and it is equipped with an interface connected with the main controller.

For the wire feeder and its control and speed regulation system, the wire feeder has higher requirements for wire feeding speed control accuracy, and its control circuit should add speed feedback.

The welding head uses its moving mechanism, which is composed of the welding head, welding head support frame, suspended carriage, etc. For the precision welding head mechanism, the drive system should adopt a servo motor equipped with an encoder.

Weldment movement or displacement mechanism, such as welding roller frame, head and tail frame turning machine, slewing platform and positioner, etc., precision mobile displacement mechanism should be driven by servo motor

The main controller, also known as the system controller, is mainly used for the linkage control of each component, the control of the welding procedure, the setting, adjustment and display of the main welding parameters. When necessary, control functions such as fault diagnosis and man-machine dialogue can be expanded.

Computer software. Computer software commonly used in welding equipment includes: programming software, functional software, process method software and expert system, etc.
