Installation Service
All Uplus equipment users are entitled to professional installation services, covering 40+ countries and 500+ customers worldwide.
Engineers are proficient in CNC equipment (pipe bending machines, cutting machines, lathes, milling machines, etc.).
Customers must prepare installation tools in advance (hydraulic oil, cables, pipelines, etc.).
Costs are borne by the customer (airfare, accommodation, and installation & commissioning fees).
Main steps: Add hydraulic oil, connect cables, check pipelines, and start the machine.
Repair Service
Free repairs are provided during the warranty period, and non-human-damaged parts are replaced free of charge.
If the machine parts are not damaged due to human factors, Uplus will send replacement parts free of charge. If customers cannot resolve machine issues themselves, Uplus will request assistance from local dealers, with costs borne by the customer.
