- Structure Overview
- Length Positioning & Return: Servo motor controls both length fixing and material return.
- Hydraulic System: Equipped with a constant rate vane pump; swing cylinder drives the bending mechanism.
- Machine Composition: The system consists of a material rack, cutting unit, and bending unit. The bending unit moves longitudinally to accommodate the production of workpieces of varying lengths.
- Automatic Cycle Process:
Straightening → Feeding → Clamping → Cutting → Bending → Core Pulling → Releasing → Discharging → Resetting
