• The guide plate is equipped with three sets of guide holes with different center distances, making it easy to switch between specifications.
• The expansion rod is driven forward and backward by a servo motor through a rack-and-pinion mechanism.
• The entire machine uses a worm gear lifting system controlled by a servo system, allowing multi-point expansion with a maximum lifting stroke of 400 mm.
• The machine is mounted on a guide rail and can move horizontally, with a movement range of 2700 mm.
• Two operation modes are available: manual and semi-automatic.
• (1) Manual Mode: Each step is performed manually.
• (2) Semi-Automatic Mode: The expansion process runs fully automatically; manual alignment of the tube mouth is followed by horizontal and vertical movements according to preset distances.
• Hydraulic or hand drill-type pre-expander is used to flare the tube ends before expansion.
• Due to varying shrinkage rates of U-shaped tubes, this machine is not suitable for expanding U-shaped tubes.
• The equipment features touch screen operation and PLC control.
