Basic Technical Description:
This machine is designed to process four coils of copper tubes simultaneously. It performs the full sequence of operations including round-shaping and straightening, fixed-length feeding, rotary blade cutting, pull-off separation, and material collection. Except for manual coil loading and initial feeding, the entire cutting process is automated.
Processing Workflow:
Manual coil loading → Manual tube guiding → Round-shaping and straightening → Fixed-length feeding → Rotary blade cutting → Pull-off separation → Tube collection
